Looking for an immediate joiner, who can join within 15-20 days.

In this role, you will:

• Assures delivery through the entire life cycle of the project of user requirements through to live
• Capturing, analysing, and documenting of business process (including IT processes)
• Designing of solutions or change interventions
• Managing change activities which can include diverse tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate with business and respective teams for Product Backlog initiatives / refinements. Support the Product Owner to evolve Product roadmap, creation of epics and writing of user stories
• Implement solutions, managing support staff, ensuring resources are utilized effectively and resource supply meets demand
• Supports the Product Owner to evolve Product roadmap, creation of epics and writing of user stories and managing the product backlog
• Managing the capture, analysis, and documentation of business/IT process. Prepare reference guides, on needs to basis. Tracking and documenting progress and managing status reporting.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Analysis skill set and ability to document skill set
• Excellent communication and Presentation Skills with a high level of confidence. Strong stakeholders
• Broadcom Clarity/Rally experience would be added advantage
• Should have worked on IT implementations, rollouts, and customizations
• In addition to awareness on Agile Ways of Working and Confluence.
